Operational transformation
The client maintains mobile network base stations for a major telecom operator. Settlement depended on manually reconciling complex workflows and large volumes of supporting documents exchanged with the contracting party.
We built a unified operational system that standardized records, guided each step, validated data, and organized settlement documentation. After launch, eight clerical staff could run the operation reliably - down from 26 - while operational data errors were reduced to zero.
Client-reported steady-state results. Client name withheld for confidentiality. This is a telecom operations case, not a factory MES implementation.
